so hats off to Zare at Fly Trap as I try my hand at the Minted Memory...

Bombay Sapphire Gin, mint, and cucumber, but the cucumber is cut into thin rounds instead of a single long shaving.
Also, did not have Pimm's or anything close at hand, so used mi favorito wine, Vinho Verde de Portugal instead.
Added 2 spoonfuls of raw sugar in place of the minted syrup
