it's official

Bought my plane ticket to Peru last night and though the trip isn't until New Year's 2012, I have already stocked my reading list with everything Peru from Condé Nast Traveler... starting with the heavenly food!

Since I went to Machu Picchu last time, I'm going to try and visit parts of the country that I haven't yet seen... I'm looking at an Amazon adventure or a flyover of the Nazca lines. That is, besides celebrating New Year's with Gambrinus and her lovely family.

For now, I'll leave you with a memory of Peru:
