finish it!

So remember that ceviche I was working on last night?

Took some out of the jar and added a little chopped avocado. Also squeezed fresh lime juice on the mix (don't serve with the "brine.") The result:

delicious and nutritious!
Not bad for a first-timer but my ceviche definitely lacks the complexity and extra spice of the ceviche from Limón Rotisserie or Fresca. A work in progress...
