Since Tater and I were planning on eating out for dinner last night, we decided it was only right to bake nothing but dessert.
After much debate over how many blocks of cream cheese should go into a cheesecake or how long to bake the cheesecake or whether we should add sour cream and heavy cream to the cheesecake, we finally produced an Oreo cheesecake worthy of elastic-waist pants. And we also concluded that cheesecakes are trouble.

We made our very own cream puffs, which turned out to be much easier than the cheesecake project. No more waiting for
Beard Papa deals when I can turn this out of my oven!
