Mumsy's beef stew... not to be mistaken for my beouf bourguignon
since Mumsy HATES grease.
Even after I skim off the bacon fat it's too fatty.
Nice and hearty, made with little beef cubes and an abundance of red wine. And the burning of the beef earlier? It added a smoky flavor to the stew... how ingenious!
