safety first!

Muni does not offer seat belts for passengers - that would be too much trouble and just another surface on which to accumulate germs. However, riding one of these newer, stripped-down buses has disclosed the driver's seat... and look! There's a safety belt buckle!

So why isn't it secured? The driver doesn't get up as often as the passengers...
